Tanto Sec was started on the principle of fairness.
Our mission is to enhance organisation’s defences through advanced cyber security services. We wanted to build a company that rewarded the consultants delivering the work and encouraged them to develop their capabilities.

Be compassionate, with a strong sense of duty. Along with those tenets we agree to be prepared to give and receive feedback so we can build the best company possible.

Hacking for a Cause
We are part of the Pledge 1% along with some of the world’s leading companies. We have committed to donating 1% of our profit and 1% of our time to helping charitable causes. We take the investment in our people seriously.
Research and Capability
Every consultant is supplied with a training budget that they can utilise to upskill. We also share skills internally in our quarterly TantoCon meetup where consultants are encouraged to share ideas and new techniques. This helps ensure our skills are always at the cutting edge and no matter the situation we will know how to handle it. To verify this we hold appropriate certifications like OSCP, CISSP, OSCE, CRT PEN and CRT CCT.
